Our group functions as one team across our Geneva and Zurich offices and is supported by market-leading specialists in all critical areas of corporate and M&A transactions. We operate in a wide range of industry sectors, on the buy-side and the sell-side in both private and public M&A. We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and have the following skills: You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer; You are keen to pursue your specialization in corporate law (prior experience is an asset but not a requirement); You are fluent in English and in French and have a good command of the German language; You have excellent academic qualifications and references.
