KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS: B.S. or B.A. in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, engineering, biology, or other related discipline. 8-10+ years experience in the Biopharm/Pharmaceutical industry with cross-functional experience in one or more areas (i.e., research, analytical, quality, engineering, manufacturing, regulatory CMC, or IT). Proven ability to understand complex processes/problems and propose alternate solutions. Demonstrates innovation, flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to meet objectives in a rapidly changing environment. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed organization and influence areas not under direct control. Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify, manage, and/or escalate issues and risks to timelines. Subject matter expertise in health authority regulations and practical experience applying regulations in QMS space. Able to complete multiple, simultaneous projects with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate and collaborate with employees and management at all levels. Proficiency in data analytics and advanced analytics tools. Experience with Veeva Quality Vault a plus. Previous Business System ownership a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive user adoption of learning tools and technologies. Develop and implement advanced learning tools such as WhatFix and BMSDoc ChatBot. Collaborate closely with business partners to implement AI tools to support business needs. Ensure that learning tools enable users to enter data consistently and accurately. Analyze data in collaboration with partners to gain insights into user needs. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and feedback on user needs. Lead for business data stewardship supporting acquisition and divestiture data migrations. Drive business-related archival activities of legacy systems. Responsible for the maintenance of policies, SOPs, work instructions, tools, SharePoint, templates, and training modules. Effectively manage changes to source data. Analyze Veeva release updates and prepare users for changes. Travel: This position requires up to 15% of travel.
