Cover a multi-asset product spectrum (Rates, FX, Commodities, and Equity Derivatives), with a focus on Rates and complex, value-added products. Act as a strategic partner for financial risk-related matters for clients in Switzerland and beyond. Engage clients on industry developments, such as sustainability, regulation, and innovation. Manage end-to-end processes, including pre-lead, pitching, onboarding, and execution, in collaboration with deal teams across departments and geographies. Collaborate with internal teams, including sector groups, trading, and research, to deliver joint client solutions. Drive cross-selling of Financial Markets solutions by establishing connections across internal teams and stakeholders. Liaise with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure adherence to operational guidelines and organizational standards. Operate within Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and uphold the organization\’s code of conduct. Focus on Switzerland, with an emphasis on the Zurich area. Minimum Requirements: Experienced professional in Financial Markets with an academic background (degree in Economics, CFA, or equivalent). At least 7-15 years of experience in Rates with corporate clients. Proficiency in German and English (written and verbal). Strong commercial and analytical skills to craft product-driven solutions tailored to client needs. Proven track record in corporate sales and revenue generation in Financial Markets. Comprehensive knowledge of multi-asset origination and related products. Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Self-motivated, pragmatic, and eager to learn.
