In this role, you will work closely with clients to analyze business needs, design solutions, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (D365 CRM) for marketing and customer engagement. If you have a strong background in functional consulting, solution design, and CRM workflows, this is a great opportunity to make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Business Analysis: Work closely with clients to understand business needs, document requirements, and demonstrate D365 Marketing solutions. Solution Design: Develop functional designs that address business, interface, and performance requirements, while advising on complex MS Dynamics Marketing use cases. Customization & Integration: Define functional requirements, oversee data migration, and ensure seamless integration with CRM workflows and external systems. Project Execution: Estimate implementation efforts, conduct solution testing, and assist with user acceptance testing. Training & Support: Lead user and administrator training while providing functional analysis and support. Expert Advisory: Act as an SME for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, mentoring team members and optimizing system performance. Key Requirements: 10+ years of IT experience with 6+ years specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365. Strong expertise in D365 Marketing, CRM workflows, and configurations. Proven ability to create functional designs, customizations, and data migration strategies. Experience with functional analysis, user training, and acceptance testing.
