The Site Manager is to ensure that the target plan of the Contract(s) to which they are assigned is achieved by the effective management of all resources required to deliver the contract on time, to the quality standards and within budget. Key Responsibilities & Accountability Make requisition for the supply of all labour, materials, and plant equipment types required to meet contract programme/productivity targets. Co-ordinate the establishment of, and manage, all site teams necessary for the completion of a project in accordance with pertinent processes and procedures. Organise work site teams to deliver projects in line with the resourcing requirements. Manage programmes and deliver updates and forecasts throughout the contract period to the Project Team. Oversee the installation of the services to meet the employers\‘ requirements, design, and compliance with regulations/standards. Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes The successful applicant will possess: Experience of working on electrical systems on industrial sites. Demonstrable experience within the Electrical industry and within a Site Management role. Experience in the Healthcare sector would be beneficial but not essential. Demonstrable experience in project management, performance management, and leadership skills. A flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances.
