Global Head of Quality Systems (Multi Location) The Hunter Shore Group are delighted to be retained by a Global CPG powerhouse to support them in the appointment of a Global Head of Quality Systems. This newly created position will form a key part of the Global Quality Leadership team and report directly into the Chief Quality Officer. As the Global Head of Quality Systems, your main responsibility will be to develop and deploy comprehensive global quality systems to ensure consistency across all regions of operation, whilst ensuring that quality standards and practices are aligned with customer needs. Additional responsibilities include: Modernize data management processes across a network in excess of 60 sites. Develop and deliver comprehensive FSQR training programs. Maintain global crisis management procedures. Implement and manage food safety culture programs. Provide exceptional leadership to global project management teams. To be successful in this role you will: Have a technical or scientific degree in food science or engineering. Possess a strong background in quality systems & compliance, change management. Have an extensive track record in the food or consumer industries working in international matrix environments. Have a proven track record of developing strategic programs to a high level of success. A high proficiency in business English.
