Head of Process Analytics EngineeringWe are seeking a Head of Process Analytics, Engineering & Maintenance to lead a team of specialists in process analytical technology (PAT) within a complex chemical production environment. Key Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership in spectroscopy and industrial process analytics.Develop strategies for PAT analytics, working with tools such as OPUS and Siemet.Guide measurement techniques for chemical processes, including gas phase analytics, polymerization, catalytic adjustments, and reaction monitoring.Apply expertise in chemometrics, gas chromatography (GC), and spectrometry to optimize process control.Work closely with cross-functional teams, adapting to different communication styles and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.Ensure knowledge transfer, skill development, and continuous improvement.Key Qualifications & Skills:B. Sc. or M. Sc. or similar in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.Experience in process analytics within the chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial sectors.Strong expertise in spectrometry, chemometrics, and analytical instrumentation.Understanding of chemical reactions and process monitoring techniques.Prior experience with analytical equipment manufacturers or as a service engineer is a plus.Why Join?
