Head Of Quality Control Salary : 130-160k CHF Location : Basel/Zurich (hybrid) Plexus have partnered with a Swiss service provider who are redefining the future of AI infrastructure and cloud computing. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the QA team Approve new product releases. Target fully automated. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing needs and design test strategies Design, implement and maintain tests using test automation frameworks Work with the product teams and developers to identify and resolve defects and improve testing process Own definition and implementation of quality metrics Requirements: 6+ years as a QA engineer or Software developer in test, with a focus on test automation Experience in test automation frameworks, both backend and frontend. Good coaching and mentoring skills Speaks both German and English. AI experience (Phoenix have AI infrastructure and develop/use AI solutions) Ideally working from our office in Basel but home-office is possible. Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits.
