Your key responsibilities will include: Advise and support line managers and employees on all HR-related topics. Manage the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to offboarding. Handle complex employee cases, including conflict resolution and performance management. Develop and optimize HR processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement measures. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless HR operations.
