Do you like to interact? As a Mission Control Support Coordination Specialist your responsibilities will be: Provide a production overview across the bank. Act as the central point of contact for the production health of technology. Proactively monitor the environment for abnormalities using telemetry and perform focused investigations when necessary. Correlate cross-stream issues/events. Run and support incident management. Manage all Severity 1 to 3 Major Incidents and provide an overview of all severity 4s, their current state, and related escalations. Track trends and abnormal volumes of severity 5s and unstructured requests. Manage severity 4 incidents that have the potential to escalate. Control and ensure the quality of incident communications. Be accountable for the content of all major incident notifications. Provide quality content for cross-stream major incident notifications. Ensure the quality and hygiene of all stream incident notifications. Run and support Mission Control Command & Control activities. Be aware of the change portfolio/activities and communicate these effectively. Understand the effect of significant Client events, financial events, and market news. Mandatory Skills: Experience with senior management interaction/collaboration. Good communication skills. Background or knowledge of ITIL, especially the incident lifecycle. Willingness to work on weekends (once/month usually) and in the office 3 days/week in Zürich. Several years of experience in IT or Finance roles for large organizations. Able to translate technical information for non-technical people. Excellent communication skills for interaction at all levels. Experience in managing IT incidents in a global, multi-stream environment is preferable. ITIL certification is desirable. Knowledge of diverse technologies is an advantage. Desired Skills: Enthusiastic with diverse skills. Analytical and Client-focused. Fluent in Business English (German is a distinct advantage).
