We are looking for a lawyers\‘ assistant to join our legal team in Geneva. Activity rate of 80 – 100% – Entry date: to be discussed Your assignments and tasks will include: Managing clients\‘ files (from opening new mandates to archiving); Typing and drafting correspondence, proofreading; Preparation, compilation and production of large legal documents ; Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports; Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences; Interacting with clients, third-parties and authorities; Occasionally: participating in billing and collection; and in general, all the administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the practice group . We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria: You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and have a few years of work experience as an assistant in a challenging environment; You are fluent in French and in English with excellent spelling in both languages (additional language is an asset); You are fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint); You are well organized, rigorous, and precise; You have a positive attitude and are client-oriented; You have a good sense of anticipation and are a team-player.
