Your tasks You will lead and manage procurement projects in national and international companies across all sectors and play a critical part in shaping the future Ways of Working for our clients. This includes recent trends for risk management and ESG. You will drive business expansion, both via business development activities and project delivery, further strengthen our growing capability. You will manage design and implementation of new procurement operating models and develop a change management approach enabling a successful implementation and sustained results. You will apply leading strategic sourcing methodologies and practices for cost optimization, including ESG and GHG requirements if necessary. You will develop an international professional network across the firm and with clients. Your profile You have a university degree and you have gained a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including at least 3-4 years in a management consultancy firm. You have strong analytical and project management skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills. You are experienced in leading and managing Procurement transformation, cost optimization and change programs with risk management and ESG goals. You have a strong network in the mentioned industries. Ideally, you bring a track record of business development and sales achievements. You have a good understanding of the current technology solutions for sourcing & procurement.
