We\’re looking for a: If you possess the above-mentioned profile then you are the one we want to meet for staffing our Prototypes Manufacturing Team that is supporting the development of the company\’s new products, within the Manufacturing Development Center of Philip Morris Products S.A., based in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be the person responsible for complex pilot processes requiring both good technical expertise and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team and our partners. Key Responsibilities: Follow-up on the complete prototype production lifecycle , from early discussions to execution on the floor and presentation to project leaders. Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement of our processes and equipment. Propose technical solutions for manufacturing new prototype designs, and liaise with external equipment manufacturers to build, install, and commission upgrades to our capabilities. Initiate and execute process and product-related experimental plans , gather and analyze data, and provide conclusions in experimental reports. Ensure full EHS compliance of equipment and maintain the highest EHS standards and practices.
