As an ICT Consultant – Microsoft 365, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evolving customer-centric digital workspace solutions. You will analyze business needs, optimize Microsoft 365 environments, and create seamless, secure, and efficient digital workspaces for end-users. Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing Conducting workshops, assessments, and surveys to understand customer needs. Designing and implementing end-user-focused Microsoft 365 solutions aligned with business goals. Developing structured and scalable SharePoint platforms tailored to customer requirements. Ensuring security best practices within Microsoft 365 environments. Driving the continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 service portfolio. Coordinating projects and supporting change management initiatives. Delivering engaging presentations and training sessions for customers. Collaborating closely with Digital Workspace and Cloud experts. Defining use cases with Microsoft Purview, Copilot, and Power Platform. What You Bring to the Table A degree in computer science or business informatics (FH/HF level). Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and Cloud Security. A strong understanding of data management and enterprise content management. Experience with client virtualization (a plus). Fluency in German and English.
