Microsoft Business Applications / Power Platform Architect – Zurich (Hybrid, 6-Month Contract) Location: Zurich, Switzerland Job Type: 6-Month Contract (Extension Possible) Work Mode: Hybrid About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Business Applications / Power Platform Architect to design and implement scalable solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Azure. This is a high-impact role where you will drive digital transformation, optimize enterprise applications, and engage with key stakeholders to shape technical strategy. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of Power Apps, Dynamics 365 CE, and Azure-based solutions, ensuring scalability and performance. Technical Leadership: Act as a technical architect for both new programs and pre-sales activities, guiding clients and internal teams. Integration & Automation: Develop end-to-end solutions, integrating Power Automate, Logic Apps, custom connectors, and Azure technologies. Cloud & Security Expertise: Work with O365/M365, D365, and Azure AD, ensuring security best practices and compliance. DevOps & Deployment: Manage the administration and deployment of D365 and Power Apps using Azure DevOps. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and Microsoft partners to drive solution adoption. Continuous Learning & Engagement: Stay ahead with Microsoft training, hackathons, and community activities to enhance expertise. Key Requirements: 10-15 years of experience in Microsoft Technologies, with 5+ years in a technical/solution architecture role. Deep expertise in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE, and Azure. Proven experience in solution design, including canvas apps, model-driven apps, and Dataverse (CDS). Strong integration knowledge using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and custom connectors. Experience in pre-sales for D365 and Power Platform. Microsoft certifications in D365 and/or Power Platform (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Why Join?
