Tasks Identify and research potential new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and networking. Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and goals of potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of new clients and projects. Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies. Requirements 2+ years of business development or sales experience in advertising/marketing Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration or related field Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth Strong verbal and written communication/negotiation skills Proficiency in German is essential , along with English and Italian, for effective communication.
