Role Overview: We are seeking an Online Engagement Coordinator to lead our digital engagement strategy and foster a thriving online community. The successful candidate will develop and implement innovative content formats, including webinars, live Q&A sessions, and interactive discussions, to enhance user participation. This role requires expertise in audience engagement, data-driven decision-making, and online community development. THE POSITION These are your key tasks: Develop and execute an engagement strategy that enhances user interaction and retention across the FIFA Training Centre platform. Create and manage engaging content formats , including webinars, live Q&A sessions, interviews, discussion forums, and other interactive experiences through commenting and other experiences. Moderate and grow the online community , ensuring a safe, inclusive, and dynamic space for discussion and knowledge-sharing. Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and partners to deliver high-value football education content . Facilitate live events with experts and develop audience engagement and interaction. Implement data-driven engagement strategies , leveraging analytics tools to assess user behavior, optimize content performance, and increase audience participation. Work closely with marketing and social media teams to promote engagement activities and amplify reach. Provide user support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback through polls and surveys to improve the overall experience. Develop and maintain a strategic global engagement plan , ensuring FIFA Training Centre connects with a diverse, international audience. Identify and leverage emerging trends and technologies to enhance digital interaction and community building. Support the development of tools to enhance user engagement such as personal development tools, to facilitate football specific engagement. YOUR PROFILE We work hard at FIFA. The specific competencies we require for this position are: Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience in digital engagement, community management, or online event coordination . Strong expertise in content development , particularly live and interactive formats. Data-driven mindset , with experience using analytics tools to measure engagement and improve user experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to strategically plan and execute engagement campaigns on a global scale. Experience moderating online communities and social media platforms . Strong understanding of football education and the global football landscape . Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong football background in either coaching or analysis. Tech-savvy, with experience in digital tools, CMS platforms, and webinar software . Background in sports, education, or media . Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in English.
