The ideal candidate will have a strong operational technology (OT) background, experience in qualification & validation (GMP projects) , and the ability to coordinate and execute tasks independently. This role requires a proactive problem solver who can seamlessly interface with project teams, IT, and QA to drive automation initiatives forward. Location: Stein, Switzerland (100% on-site preferred, flexible thereafter) Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: Until End of Year (initial), potential extension Key Responsibilities Act as the interface between automation projects and key stakeholders Rapidly onboard by reviewing SOPs and understanding project objectives Work closely with QA, create documentation, and assess market solutions for machine connectivity Support network infrastructure and ensure IT compliance (firewall setups, ticketing, etc.) Oversee deliverables such as cell counter replacements and integration of qualified laptops into the network Required Skills & Experience Strong OT expertise with hands-on execution and project coordination GMP project execution experience (Qualification & Validation is a must) Network infrastructure knowledge (Pi Historian experience is a plus) Ability to independently drive projects and ensure timely execution Interview Process One-stage technical discussion (45 minutes) with the hiring team Decision within 1-2 days If you are a proactive OT specialist with a strong background in automation, validation, and network infrastructure , don\’t hesitate to apply.
