Private Equity Experience: 10 – 15 years About our client Our client is an international direct private equity investor. The firm has been making investments for over 40 years and built a presence internationally across France, Benelux, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy. They focus on qualified minority investments in mature SMEs, with equity tickets ranging from €5-30 million. Investing across a wide range of sectors – including but not limited to – industrials, consumer, healthcare, and services. The appointed individual will join the Swiss team with a view to increase capital deployments in both French and German-speaking parts of the country. We are seeking a senior professional with expertise in M&A and/or private equity, someone capable of independently driving deal sourcing, executing investments, and managing relationships and projects with portfolio companies. What the job involves Market-facing role as originator and deal-sourcer for Switzerland, in both intermediated and direct bi-lateral situations Front line responsibility to lead investment analysis, diligence, and negotiations of transactions Preparation of internal investment/divestment processes and documentation, ensuring cooperation with all stakeholders (C-suite, co-investors, and advisors) Management of transaction processes until closing, and active support of portfolio companies during the holding period until exit (board membership) Who we are looking for Long-standing experience in private equity, investment banking (advisory), or relevant C-level experience in SMEs German native-level fluency, proficiency in English and French Down-to-earth personality able to easily bond with SMEs and entrepreneurs Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to execute independently and autonomously Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver precise messages and convincing arguments #J-18808-Ljbffr
