Given the ongoing transformation projects within GBS and GRE, there will be additional focus on Change Management and Deployment in conjunction with Group HR and Internal Communications. The role and responsibilities of this PMO position include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and implement project management methodologies (roadmaps), standards, and processes that are aligned with the organization\’s goals and objectives. Support management in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Facilitate project management activities, including prioritization, resource allocation, and budgeting. Collaborate with Group HR on Change Management activities related to all GBS and GRE transformation projects, for example, on cross-training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee engagement. Collaborate with Internal Communications on the publication of project roadmaps and execution, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Co-ordinate staffing resource requirements and deployment. Provide periodic expense/headcount forecasting and monitor actual GBS and GRE functional expenses and census. A key priority for this role will be the setup of the recently announced GBS Source-to-Pay organization – there will be a requirement to assist GPO with the bottoms-up assessment of each GPO team member, in terms of current tasks and activities, in a structured and methodical manner, with a view to determine and present to GPO and GBS management those tasks and activities that should remain with GPO and those that should be better served for the Company, to be transferred under GBS S2P responsibility/organization. Profile PROFILE: Candidate must display both technical and soft skills, must be logical, methodical, and well-organized, needs to be a clear communicator and able to prioritize and control project resources, timelines, and spending. A basic understanding of financial management to manage project budgets and costs is required. Ideally, candidate should possess a good level of understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Ability to analyze data and information in a logical, structured, and methodical manner, then able to convey their own assessment to management for decision-making purposes. This role requires the candidate to be highly organized and to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Candidate should be able to think strategically and align project management activities with the organization\’s goals and objectives.
