We are seeking a skilled Real Estate Project Manager to join our client\’s team, responsible for managing various corporate real estate projects and collaborating with stakeholders. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility for remote work with occasional on-site meetings in the Baden office. Details: Duration: Opportunity for contract extensions or permanent position Key Responsibilities: Manage corporate real estate projects, including lease contracts, relocation, consolidation, and premises closure Lead specific projects related to workplace, maintenance, energy reduction, processes, guidelines, and real estate standards Conduct stakeholder management to ensure alignment and effective communication Budgeting and cost planning, maintaining cost awareness throughout projects Portfolio data management, including lease data, premises data, and master data Requirements: Bachelor\’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, or similar field.
