We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Functional Consultant with a strong background in Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have over 7+ years of experience in marketing cloud implementations, focusing on the Salesforce core platform. This role involves guiding the team to implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices to meet business needs. Job Responsibilities: Designs technical end-to-end solution for business processes in Marketing cloud platform with integration to other applications. Assist in technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce Marketing Cloud applications Defining technical evaluation criteria for product and technology selection and determining technical approaches to ensure all architectural solutions result in a coherent systems design Leading technical design sessions with the development teams, including the creation of class models, sequence diagrams, component models, etc., and detailed design specifications for ensuring that architecture standards are followed Providing input to the development of project initiation documents including objectives, scope, approach, estimates, and deliverables, when needed Involvement for code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during the project process Close cooperation with near- and offshore colleagues to ensure successful project realization Skills Required: 10+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer experience in a multi-org environment Proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management. Preferably proficient in usage of Marketing Cloud Deployment Manager, Github and Bitbucket Deep understanding in configuration management in Marketing Cloud including Marketing Cloud Connect with SalesCloud and/or ServiceCloud Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud functionalities including AMPscript, Content builder, SQL, Email Studio, MobileStudio, Automation studio, landing pages and journey builder Knowledge of Salesforce.com best practices, coding standards and governor limits Excellent knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g. Agile, SCRUM) Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Should be able to translate business requirements into user stories and provide suitable solutions.
