Profile In this role, you are responsible to: Monitoring and operating servers and network infrastructure in our Data Centers Providing 2nd & 3rd level network support to companies and divisions in and outside of Switzerland Implementing new LAN and WAN infrastructure in collaboration with the engineering department Monitoring of the LAN and WAN infrastructure Consult IT Managers about our network services Professional requirements 6-8 years of experience in IT Support Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science Cisco CCNA Certification, any other certification is asset Autonomous and team player Stress resilient Diagnostic and problem solving capacities Comfortable with operational routine work You\’re missing one or two skills in the list, yet you\’re eager to learn?
