We are looking for an experienced Senior PLM Consultant. Job Description Consulting: Organization and lead of a consulting team able to shape business requirements, value, and create Business Cases. Organises and executes customer-facing workshops. Drives the business transformation aspects of the programme: Communications plan, training, internal programme politics. Reports to the business the progress of the programme and creates a positive mood around it. Has driven a consulting team on large PLM programmes. Participates in the top governance of the programme and ensures a human transformation is ongoing and positive. Makes sure of the people\’s alignment to the programme objectives and facilitates the change. Your Profile Masters or Bachelors Degree in relevant Engineering discipline. Very communicative, mastering PPTs, roadmaps, business cases, business transformation, change management plan, training plans, conducting workshops. Benefits Between 30% and 70% remote work in agreement with your manager and client needs (40% for cross boarders due to tax regulation).
