User Experience Researcher About the Role: At CXSD, you will join an international group of over 50 researchers and designers dedicated to bringing the voice of customers to the core of decisions by designing and enabling a seamless patient-centric experience across a portfolio of products and services. You will be part of a motivated team whose mission is to scale up the usability testing practice within the company, automate processes around usability testing as a formative evaluation method, identify key partners, and train and evangelize usability testing methods. Key Responsibilities: Lead and document various usability tests using methodologies such as A/B testing, unmoderated usability tests, and VR concept testing. Ensure usability testing is performed with the right tools, processes, and quality. Collaborate with different project teams to contribute to their usability studies. Translate UX research insights, user needs, business requirements, and technical requirements into efficient User Experiences. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers. Advocate for accessibility, quality, and usability for end-users. Support team members on the usability testing process and methods. Qualifications: BSc in Science, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Human Factors Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with formative evaluation methods, including usability testing. Experience collecting and analyzing physiological and behavioral data. Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively. Knowledgeable about tools or platforms to automate usability testing. General Information: Latest Start Date: 01.04.2025 Planned duration: 1 year (extension possible) Remote/Home Office: Max. 3 days a week Travel: Less than 10% Team: Approximately 50 members Working hours: Standard Nice to Haves: Experience in planning, executing, and documenting usability studies in the medical field.
