The Role As a UX Designer (40 – 60%), you’ll partner with the UX Lead and UX Researcher to craft designs with thoughtful details that enhance usability. You’ll work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products meet user needs and accessibility standards. We’re looking for a UX Designer with a solid understanding of each phase of the UX process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation, but also with a strong background on design systems and accessibility. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the team to design intuitive and accessible user interfaces Support the team through the different phases of the UX cycle Create high-quality documentation of designed deliverables Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency across all the products Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices (WCAG standards) across the organization Requirements Degree in Design, HCI or related field (or relevant certifications/professional development) 3 years of UX design experience, and a portfolio showcasing the full UX design cycle Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Excellent communication in English and teamwork skills Strong knowledge of Accessibility standards (WCAG) Proficiency in maintaining and contributing to design systems (e.g., Figma, Sketch) Collaborative, comfortable working with cross-functional teams Nice to have: Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, etc.) Make sure to have a look at our Glassdoor page too – it will give you more insights into what it is like to work for us.
