Job Description Leads the delivery of Client focused procurement services and continuously strives to improve them. Participates in meeting service KPIs executing diverse and time-sensitive activities, considering compliance, quality and efficiency of delivery. Develops business intimacy with local stakeholders. May lead and/or provide support to other team members in resolving operational issues within own process expertise. Primary Skills Experience in handling a diverse team of Demand Planners Experience in Demand planning/forecasting in FMCG Sector In-depth understanding of demand planning collaboration process with stakeholders in sales, commercial and other supply chain functions, including activities such as reviewing statistical models, master data, and exception-based planning. Experience in participating in S&OP planning meetings. Derive SKU level forecasts by appropriate maintenance of demand history and tools. Drive Phase-in Phase-out in the forecasting process, including promotional forecasting. Use statistical forecasting methods and software tools such as SAP APO or other Demand Planning tools. Experience in Promotion and Innovation forecasting process. Experience in R Scripting – Explore data sets, identify & implement data transformations, model, and visualize the results. Explore data sets and identify data transformation and data quality needs for targeted applications. Develop algorithms and predictive models to derive insights and business value from data. Test and validate algorithms and models using statistical and other techniques. Measurement and monitoring of Demand planning KPIs. Good conceptual understanding of drivers of demand planning KPIs such as MAPE, Bias, Forecast Value Add, etc. Provides final consensus forecast to Regional S&OP.
