Your Role Lead a team of engineers within the Systems Engineering group. Design modifications for Environmental Control Systems (ECS), heating, air cleaning, cooling, humidification, soundproofing, oxygen systems, and water/waste management. Ensure compliance with certification standards and regulations. Coordinate daily engineering activities, manage workload planning, and ensure project milestones are met. Develop technical documentation, CAD drawings, and design standards. Select appropriate components and materials for projects. Collaborate internally and with external partners. Your Profile Engineering degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering. 3+ years in a leadership role with a strong technical foundation in physics, fluid mechanics, and aerospace materials. Skilled in 2D/3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks) and MS Office. Excellent English communication skills; French or German is a plus.
