With a strong market presence and a focus on cutting-edge technology, the company is expanding its procurement function in Switzerland and is looking for an experienced Head of Project Procurement to lead and optimize their global project purchasing activities. Job Description Lead the Global Project Buyers team, ensuring procurement involvement in the entire product development process. Implement category strategies in early product development phases in close coordination with key stakeholders. Act as a key interface between development, quality, and procurement to improve launch timing and supplier selection. Ensure competitive supplier negotiations and cost control from early project phases. Align project sourcing strategies with overall category strategies and business objectives. The Successful Applicant Master\’s degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Industrial Engineering). Extensive experience in procurement within a manufacturing or technical environment. Strong expertise in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control.
