Job Scope: Software and Application Manager to manage end to end software development projects and L3 support for Trade Finance applications. Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients Drive initiatives to enhance operational processes and equipment performance, aiming to achieve the highest standards of manufacturing excellence. Lead thorough investigations into non-conformance incidents, developing comprehensive reports on issues related to quality and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) observed during manufacturing or batch reviews. Proactively monitor existing processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions. Provide strategic input and recommendations on operational improvements that align with business targets and contribute to overall manufacturing success. Review and contribute to the development of batch-related recipes (such as those in POMS and DeltaV), manual operations procedures, and additional manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Offer expert input or review the design of batch and cleaning manufacturing recipes within the Distributed Control System (DCS). Lead and manage digitalization projects that align with and support the company\’s strategic business objectives, enhancing automation and efficiency. Conduct training sessions for operators on processes and procedures, ensuring compliance and proficiency in operational practices. Leads/participates in safety risks assessments or participates in process hazard analysis as an operations representative (PHA) Actively resolve batch related document errors in a timely manner Communicates all events/issues effectively with relevant stakeholders Provide inputs for investigation – impact assessment and appropriate CAPA Ensures overall plant upkeep during the shift and ensuring plant is always in audit ready mode Oversees deliverables ahead, anticipates complexities and prevents potential Ensures processes are running as per planned schedule with minimal delays. Highlights effectively to shift supervisor if delays are expected. Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production from internal warehouse and 3PL to ensure no production stoppages. Raising of materials damage report, materials disposition authorization and any other document to track the movement of inventories Ensure all transfer order transaction in SAP system are completed accurately as per physical movement Support and assist in investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedure Responsible for raw materials sampling for laboratory testing according to standard. Involve in routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed. Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system. Support for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are packed and stuffed on time for delivery. Operate all material handling equipment such as forklift and VNA with standard operating and safety procedure. Maintains all material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition by ensuring preventive maintenance is performed timely. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Experience in handling sterile and hazardous material Contribute in establishing warehouse SOP (Standard operating procedure) Lead a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities which include but not limited to receiving and processing of incoming materials, apply label to materials, move pallets, re-palletize materials, retrieve raw materials from cold rooms, return raw materials to pallets position. Monitor and manage inventory control. Establish SOP for warehouse operation. Oversee the daily coordination/planning for inbound and outbound activities to support smooth production execution. Lead and conduct investigation for any inventory discrepancies, violation of GMP and EHS procedures. Lead and plan for routine cycle counting activities which may include physical counting, count check, count verify and data entry of count tabulation. Ensure all inventories are properly managed. Ensure all documentation is handled, filed properly and data are posted accurately in the SAP system. Responsible for all outbound land, sea and air shipments. Ensure shipments are packed and stuffed on time for delivery. Ensure all material handling equipment such as Forklift and VNA are operated with standard operating and safety procedures and also training of new employees. Ensure safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. Involve in warehouse verification and qualification of equipment and area of applicable. Ensure that all tasks performed follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Current good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
