Your day-to-day tasks may include contributing to projects related to IT controls transformation and advising clients on improvement areas in their IT Risk related challenges. How you can make an impact Supporting clients transforming their internal controls framework: assessing IT risks, scope, designing or improving IT controls and compliance processes and developing improvement plans Identifying new client issues in IT controls and leading them into business opportunities Supporting IT controls go-to-market initiatives and collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to develop new market offerings and advance existing ones Supporting the creation of market innovative controls transformation assets Who we are looking for You are pro-active, adaptable, keen to grow and have strong interpersonal and communication skills and build good relationships with clients You have a minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience delivering IT controls advisory or audit work and have experience in assessing risks; reviewing, testing or performing controls You have experience in internal controls design, remediation, and implementation You have experience working with IT Risk/Governance frameworks (COBIT, ISO, NIST) You are holding one of the following certifications: CRISC, CISA, CISM, COBIT, CGEIT or any other relevant industry recognized certification You are completely fluent in English and German Your team Our Controls Transformation team, part of Risk Advisory, is for the past 3 years one of the fastest growing across Deloitte Switzerland.
