This position will be based in Basel, the ideal candidate will need to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. We are looking for a driven professional with a mix of HR managerial and Business Partnering experience in a multi-national environment to undertake the responsibility of leading business-wide initiatives and projects. You will be part of an exciting business who are looking to enter a strong growth and transformational phase, acting as a key member to this. Key responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager: Define the HR function through partnering with both local and global teams Development of HR processes and strategies including implementation of new initiatives and optimisation of current processes Collaborate cross-functionally with the finance department to coordinate budgeting and planning Oversight and responsibility of the full employee lifecycle as well as driving employer branding, succession planning, talent management and cultural development Proven experience in Human Resources roles in German-speaking environments, with a deep understanding of German labor laws, HR regulations, and cultural nuances in employee management.
