SAP Authorizations Specialist – German Speaking – Permanent
As part of an exciting new partnership, Whitehall Resources is on the lookout for a SAP Authorizations Specialist to join our client\’s growing SAP Centre of Excellence on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a forward-thinking, end-user organization based just south-west of Munich.
You’ll play a key role in their transformation journey as they ramp up their transition to SAP S/4HANA—a truly exciting time to come onboard and make an impact!
Skills required & responsibilities:
• Experienced within a busy SAP environment where attention to detail, accuracy and collaboration are paramount
• Manage and maintain SAP user roles and authorizations to ensure secure data access
• Ensure compliance with security guidelines and regulations (e.g., SoD, GRC)
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to uphold SAP system integrity
• Analyse and resolve SAP authorization and user access issues
• Optimization of SAP license allocation by adapting user roles
• Managing and enhance Central User Administration (CUA)
• Redesigning existing authorization structures to boost security and cost efficiency
• Providing training and support to end users on authorization and security topics
• Documenting and continuously improve authorization processes
Further information:
• Ideally a university degree in a relevant field
• C1/native German & English speaker
• Hybrid working – 50/50 onsite and remote
