Freelance SAP Success Factors Consultant – German Speaking – Europe – Whitehall Resources Client
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an experienced freelance SAP Success Factors Consultant to join a long-term project for one of our consultancy clients. The role involves working on various client projects across Europe, with a combination of remote work and on-site travel. Fluency in German is essential for this opportunity.
Position Details:

Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant (Freelance)
*
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible
*
Duration: Long-term (extension highly likely)
*
Location: Remote with travel to client sites across Europe (approx. 20–40%)
*
Languages: German (fluent) required; English is a plus
*
Engagement: Freelance via Whitehall Resources
Key Responsibilities:
*
Design, implementation, and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, LMS, PMGM, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.)
*
Conduct workshops and gather business requirements from German-speaking stakeholders
*
Configure SuccessFactors solutions in line with client needs
*
Support data migration and system integration processes
*
Collaborate with international project teams and stakeholders
*
Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors (certifications preferred)
*
Strong knowledge of core HR processes and their implementation in SF
*
Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 full lifecycle implementations
*
Excellent communication and consulting skills in German
*
Willingness to travel across Europe as required by the project
