YOUR TASKS
- Day-to-day financial accounting, including reviewing, coding, and posting ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Supporting monthly and annual financial closing processes
- Preparing invoices for national and international clients, including managing payment reminders and collections
- Processing travel expenses and reimbursements
- Managing payment transactions
- Maintaining master data and financial records
- Preparing VAT advance returns, EC Sales Lists (ZM), and various statistical reports, including related preparation and checks
- Opportunities to develop and take on additional responsibilities within Accounting and Finance.
YOU BRING
- Proficiency in DATEV is required
- Knowledge of HGB (German Commercial Code) is a strong plus
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and processes
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Structured, independent, and proactive working style
- High level of accuracy and reliability
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
