Responsibilities
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent.
- Conduct and coordinate interviews and internal reviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates, negotiate terms when necessary, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Work as part of an HR team and show willingness to engage in a variety of non‑recruitment HR tasks when necessary.
Qualifications
