You are an IT support professional who has progressed into a leadership role while maintaining strong technical involvement.
Leadership & Management
- Proven experience managing an IT support team;
- Unifying leadership and results-oriented;
- Excellent organisational and communication skills;
- Service-minded with a culture of operational excellence.
Technical expertise
- You are able to handle the most complex issues encountered by a local support team: Windows, macOS and mobile devices;
- Microsoft Intune and modern desktop management;
- Microsoft 365: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI;
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
- ITSM tools and ITIL processes;
- User equipment, peripherals and connected meeting rooms;
- Diagnosis, analysis and resolution of complex incidents;
- Knowledge management and technical documentation.
Languages
- Fluent French
- Fluent English
Assets
- ITIL certification.
- Microsoft Modern Workplace certification.
- Experience in an international or multicultural environment.
