IT Systems Specialist / IT Supporter (40% - 60%) in Dietikon

Your Challenge

• Supporting teachers, participants and staff in the use of IT equipment and applications as well as in solving hardware and network problems
• Installation, maintenance and administration of hardware and software as well as cloud services
• Support and representation of the application managers ERP (Tocco), processing support requests, implementing further developments together with external partners
• Supporting the Head of IT in digital transformation and further development of the campus platform, opportunity to take on sub-projects

Your Competence

• IT generalist with professional experience in support and relevant training/continuing education
• Proficient in handling part of our tech stack (MS Office, MS Teams, Entra, Intune, Azure, Tocco, Moodle, Unifi) as well as willingness to learn new technologies
• Precise, structured and solution-oriented working style, quick comprehension
• Team player with high social competence and strong organisational skills
• Strong communication skills in German, good English skills, French an advantage
• Willingness to travel for assignments at our external locations as well as occasional on-call duty on Friday evening and Saturday morning at the start of the semester
