We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join our teams in Zurich and contribute to challenging IT projects. You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring that technical solutions are aligned with business needs and IT architecture standards.
In this role, you will be involved in key activities such as:
- Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, from requirements analysis to deployment
- Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Defining and maintaining scalable, reliable, and sustainable solution architectures
- Collaborating with development teams and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Designing and overseeing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards, development best practices, and quality requirements
- Supporting testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities
- Identifying opportunities to optimize system performance, business processes, and application efficiency
- Providing technical guidance and expertise in a complex and international environment
Your Profile
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 , ideally Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) or Dynamics AX
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, software architecture, and application integration
- Experience with X , C#, or .NET technologies is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles and technical project delivery
- Ability to work closely with both business and technical teamsStrong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in an international environment
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus
