- Customer support and maintenance of customer relationships through a trusting cooperation

- Planning, designing and documenting MS Server environments as well as Citrix, virtualisation (VMware), and network architectures (Switch/Router)
- Interface between the customers and the team
Profile
- Completed training in computer science (FH/HF) or certified technician HF, system and network technology
- Professional experience in IT project management as well as several years as a system engineer
- Knowledge in ITIL and other process methods
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (MS Server)
- Good expertise in the areas of network and security
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
