AsManager Student Office (f/m/d) , you will play a central role in organizing and overseeing student-focused events, enhancing student support services, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive meaningful improvements in student engagement and campus life. Take the lead and make a lasting impact on the student experience at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
This position is initially a one-year fixed-term contract with the potential to become extended or permanent.
Your mission
- Plan, organize, and oversee student-focused events, including the annual Welcome Week and other student engagement activities.
- Provide first-level support to students, addressing inquiries, guiding them to relevant resources, and ensuring their concerns are appropriately managed.
- Collaborate with internal departments, student representatives, and external stakeholders to ensure successful student event management.
- Monitor and evaluate student culture and events, providing recommendations for improvement.
Your profile
- Relevant educational background, preferably an academic degree.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in event planning, student engagement, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent personal and written communication skills in the German and English language.
