What you'll do

You will support customer-facing technical engagements across the sales cycle and help turn market feedback into product enhancements.

• Learn the the company platform inside and out to deliver engaging technical demonstrations.
• Support customer discovery calls to understand technical requirements and pain points.
• Assist in managing Proof of Concept (PoC) phases and technical evaluations.
• Advise prospects on platform AI capabilities alongside senior team members.
• Gather client feedback during evaluations and channel actionable insights back to Product and Engineering.
• Help document and refine our emerging pre-sales playbooks and technical collateral.

Who this is a fit for

• Early Pre-Sales or Tech Experience: Background or internships in pre-sales, technical consulting, SDR, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong Technical Curiosity: Fast learner who enjoys digging into software platforms and explaining technical concepts simply.
