The Role

Job Title: People & Culture Intern

Location: Munich, Germany

Our team has more than doubled in size since the start of the year, making the People & Culture function absolutely mission-critical right now. We are building our culture playbooks, tools, and rituals from the ground up, and we need an execution-focused builder to help us scale our operations without losing our high-energy, low-ego spirit. Without this role, we cannot hire the next wave of talent or design the scalable people processes required to support our rapid expansion.

What you'll do

You will own the end-to-end support of our team member lifecycle and the optimization of our daily workplace culture. Specifically, you will:

• Drive active sourcing and candidate screening across all open positions to keep our recruiting pipeline humming in Personio.
• Coordinate interview loops and candidate communications to deliver a fast, respectful, and highly professional candidate experience.
• Design and execute core people processes including seamless onboarding programs for new joiners, performance management cycles, and offboarding.
• Automate manual HR tasks by leveraging AI tools and optimizing our HR information systems and Personio database.
• Organize team rituals and office events that protect our collaborative onsite culture and keep our Munich office an inspiring place to work.
• Develop employer branding initiatives and create compelling content to represent us at talent events.
