As our Team Lead Sales Development, you will be the strategic driver who designs the playbooks and scales the team that opens doors with key enterprise targets. What you'll do

You will own the entire sales development function, transforming a small outbound setup into a highly predictable pipeline generation engine.

Who this is a fit for

• SaaS Sales Expert: 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS outbound prospecting and sales experience.
• Aspiring Leader: Experience coaching, mentoring, or peer-leading SDRs/BDRs with a player-coach mindset.
• Outbound Architect: Skilled in designing high-converting sales playbooks, sequences, and outbound strategies.
• Tech Stack Native: Fluent with modern outbound sales tech stacks and pipeline tracking metrics.
• Fluent in German: Native or business-fluent German speaker to lead conversations in the DACH market.
• Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiar with the cybersecurity domain and its unique customer personas.
