What you'll do
The entire B2C growth funnel, scaling candidate sign-ups from zero to a highly automated, self-sustaining machine.
- Design, build, and scale automated B2C growth loops using Make, Zapier, and LLM APIs.
- Launch and optimize programmatic SEO campaigns to capture high-intent organic candidate traffic.
- Deploy and manage paid performance marketing campaigns across social and search channels.
- Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize our B2C marketing tech stack and CRO flows.
- A/B test aggressive, unconventional growth experiments weekly to unlock new acquisition channels.
What success looks like
- Month 1: Map out the existing candidate journey, integrate core automation tools (Make/Zapier/LLMs), and launch your first three rapid growth experiments.
- Month 2-3: Build out the programmatic SEO framework, launch scaled paid campaigns, and establish stable, automated weekly acquisition loops.
- By end of Q1: Run a fully automated, hyper-leveraged B2C growth engine that consistently increases weekly candidate sign-ups by 2-3x with minimal manual intervention.

- Master of modern AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) and automation workflows (Make, Zapier).
- Hands-on expert in SEO, programmatic SEO, and paid performance marketing channels.
