What You'll Do

You will own the entire lifecycle of industrial client relationships, from initial consultative discovery through solution design and ultimate delivery handover.

• Who This Is a Fit For
• You have 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, or B2B enterprise technology consulting.
• You possess a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial operations, and German Mittelstand transformation challenges.
• You bring an existing, credible network of relationships within the German manufacturing and industrial sectors.
• You are fully bilingual with professional-level written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
• You demonstrate a genuine curiosity for emerging AI technologies and their practical, ethical industrial applications.
