WhyBrilliant is a Merantix-backed venture building next-generation AI recruiting products in Berlin. We are looking for our very first Project Manager to bring lightweight structure to our development process, keep our highly creative senior engineering team focused, and ensure we hit our roadmap deadlines without losing our collaborative spirit. This role is highly technical, deeply relational, and acts as the critical bridge between company vision and execution.
Requirements
Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle including DevOps, frontend, and backend workflows. Proven experience setting up and managing developer workflows (ticketing, bug tracking, sprint planning). Hands-on experience working in or with AI technologies and developer tools (e.g., Claude Code, LLMs). High emotional intelligence, stellar communication, and a resilient, positive attitude when guiding senior technical personalities. Must be based in or willing to work on-site/hybrid in Berlin.
