Fluent in English and French Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Visual Design, User experience or other related Design field, or equivalent related professional experience. Figma has no secret for you Strong understanding of UI design principles, patterns, and accessibility standards. Attentive to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across multiple platforms Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in multi-platforms business app design Banking industry knowledge will be a plus B Permit – Swiss resident Be able to demonstrate a significant experience in Design System (portfolio or work examples)
