In an environment where precision, responsiveness, and meeting deadlines are essential, we are looking for an international logistics coordinator capable of managing all our import-export flows.
Responsibilities Organize and coordinate transport, plan and monitor shipments and international dispatches of our work Prepare and check transport documents and import-export customs formalities Ensure the application of the Incoterms defined for each shipment and compliance with customs procedures Coordinate communications with internal departments, carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities Manage unforeseen events, delays, and emergencies by quickly proposing appropriate solutions
Profile Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a Commercial Employee or an equivalent qualification, with significant experience in a freight forwarding company or an import-export department Excellent knowledge of Incoterms and import-export customs procedures Autonomous, rigorous and endowed with a strong sense of responsibility, you are resolutely service-oriented Flexible and adaptable, you know how to effectively manage stress, priorities, and varied issues Endowed with a strong team spirit, you demonstrate diplomacy and excellent interpersonal skills with all your contacts. Excellent command of French and English; Italian is an advantage
