IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

We are a dynamic IT system house in the picturesque rural area of the municipality of Hardt with around 20 dedicated employees. Our team offers customized IT solutions for small and medium-sized companies in a wide range of industries, ensuring the smooth functioning of our customers‘ critical business processes. In order to continue to carry this important responsibility with the highest level of expertise, we are looking for reinforcement at the Hardt site.

Your Area Of Responsibility

• Support of client-server environments under Microsoft and installation, configuration and support of network components for our customers.
• Selection and introduction of new tools.
• 2nd and 3rd level support in the server area and documentation of faults in our ticket system, as well as maintenance of customer documentation.

Technical Qualification

• Very confident with Windows Server and Windows Server Administration, e.g. Active Directory, Group Policy, NTFS authorization, etc.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware and Hyper-V), Microsoft Exchange Server and Office 365, various network topologies (VLAN, LAN, WLAN).
• Knowledge of telephone systems, UPS, storage and backup management, video surveillance, access and access control advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge in the field of IT security, primarily in the configuration and commissioning of firewall solutions (SOPHOS and Securepoint).

Personal Qualification

• Training as an IT system administrator, IT specialist, computer scientist, IT system electronics technician or similar.
• At least one year of professional experience.
• Social and communication skills, ability to work in a team and organizational talent.
